Allowing the Spirit to Convict and Transform Us
Take away for today:
Thankfulness for Christ followers starts with the realization of what God has done for us.
The focus shifts from self towards others when we allow the Word to renew our minds.
Messy moments become encounters with divine grace and gratitude.
Scripture to mediate on:
"You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds" (Ephesians 4:22-23).
"Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God" (Colossians 3:1-3).
Walk with God and glorify His name.
