Thank you Interdenominational Women Fellowship for having me with you last weekend; great privilege and a blessing.
It always brings great joy to hear how God is actively at work in restoring physical and emotional health, broken lives and relationships. The big smiles spoke of the fullness of each soul. The worship, interpretive dance and art activities added to the significance and character of the event.
Psalm 126:2-3 describes the day perfectly - “Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.”
May you continue to serve and uplift women with God's blessing, wisdom and strength.
It was a Spirit filled Saturday morning on April 23rd, time of sharing, reflection and leaving our burdens At The Cross. The closing of our prayer time was graced with the piano performance of “The Old Rugged Cross” by Linda Sherman. The time of reflection was enriched by Christine's dance interpretation of the the song "Christ Be All Around Me" as well as her freehand sketches of biblical truths.
If you have missed this event you will have the opportunity to join us in August.
My prayer is that this will be a place where you find hope and nourishment for your soul.
